Terms of Service — Stay Ready Enterprises

By registering for any Stay Ready Enterprises basketball program—including youth camps, elite training sessions, and multi-day events—you agree to the following terms:

1. Program Participation

• Participants must adhere to all camp rules, safety protocols, and staff instructions.

• Stay Ready reserves the right to dismiss any participant for behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful, without refund.

2. Payment & Cancellation

• All payments due within the 30-day cancellation period are valid and non-refundable.

• Chargebacks or disputes will be addressed using the signed registration agreement and published cancellation policy.

• Stay Ready reserves the right to pursue recovery of any reversed or disputed payments, including administrative or legal fees.

3. Media Release

• By participating, you grant Stay Ready Enterprises permission to use photos or videos taken during camp for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

4. Liability Waiver

• Participation in athletic activities involves inherent risk. Stay Ready Enterprises is not liable for injuries sustained during camp activities. All participants must have a signed waiver on file prior to attending.

5. Program Changes

• Stay Ready reserves the right to modify program schedules, locations, or staffing due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants may be offered a transfer or credit toward a future program.
