Meet the Readys
Stay Ready Enterprises was conceptualized by the husband and wife duo of Derial and Shanice Ready. They tout 40+ years of playing and coaching basketball experience on the club, high school and college levels. They mix the ideals of faith and family to help individuals and teams reach their full potential while in an inclusive and nurturing family environment.

Stay Ready Enterprises LLC was founded with a compassionate spirit for youth, families, and communities. We will offer opportunities through various platforms which incorporates basketball to help positively impact lives.

Stay Ready Enterprises LLC envisions positively impacting communities through athletic and mental growth, college prep and recruiting services, developmental leagues and team competitions by utilizing the sport of basketball.
