IJ Ready attended Mississippi State University from 2013-2017 where he was a four year starter. He also hit the record books by being top 10 in assists and steals. He played 1 year overseas in Germany before a career ending 2nd back surgery.

IJ taught school for four years where he was a math teacher. 4 year head middle school coach and a 1 year high school assistant coach. IJ has trained multiple successful collegiate and high school players as of recently. He also works with professional athletes.Coach IJ does developmental breakdown for younger ages that helps with there basketball process as whole skillfully and mentally.

Coach IJ has coached AAU as a head coach for 4 years and numerous as an assistant coach throughout his high school and collegiate career before becoming a full time coach & Trainer
